Art Education is an integral part of curriculum for Classes I to X.

The participation of the students in arts, develops the aesthetic sense & appreciation amongst the children. Drawing and painting is the privilege of an artist and students express their emotions with the help of brush and colours.

  • It’s been proven that early exposure to visual art, music, or drama promotes activity in the brain.
  • Art helps children understand other subjects much more clearly—from math and science, to language arts and geography.
  • Art nurtures inventiveness as it engages children in a process that aids in the development of self-esteem, self-discipline, cooperation, and self-motivation.
  • Participating in art activities help children gain the tools necessary for understanding human experience, adapting to and respecting others’ ways of working and thinking, developing creative problem-solving skills, and communicating thoughts and ideas in a variety of ways.

This school has the honour of producing excellent child artists in large numbers. Under the able guidance of the Fine arts specialists, children are taught mixed collage, card board scripture, wall painting, clay modeling, print making, wood carving, modern art/design, ceramic painting, glass painting, flower making and greeting cards. Students are awarded grades instead of marks in these subjects.
